  • 1970-1974: Studied and worked in architecture. 1974-1977: Studied photography at Kansas City Art Institute. BFA in 77 1977-1980: Entered a few shows, won a few awards 1980-2000: Raised family and sporadically photographed, resulting in large stack of unprinted proof sheets. 2002-2003: Acquired digital technology and printed backlog of images. Began to show work in galleries again. Weisman museum acquires an image for its permanent collection. 2003-present: Continue to show in galleries and shows locally and nationally. Featured in SohoPhoto Gallery, Pingyao International Photography Festival in Pingyao, China, Wisconsin Union Galleries in Madison, WI, Minnesota Museum of American Art in St. Paul, MN, Minnesota Center for Photography and Icebox Gallery in Minneapolis, MN, Dougherty Arts Center in Austin, TX and Humble Gallery in New York City, among others. Solo show at the Minnesota Center for Photography. I am currently working on two topical projects, titled Landscape of Progress and The Architecture of Amusement, along with my ongoing personal project tilted Beneath the Surface.
